For some clients I take the project from start to finish devising the editorial synopsis, overseeing the research, writing, editing and proofreading and commissioning design and translations if necessary. For other clients I take just one or two of these roles.

I work with material from a diversity of clients, for example, publishers, authors, galleries and museums, schools, architects, psychotherapists, adventurers and academics. Projects include commercial books for children and adults, publications for publicity purposes, company reports and brochures, online editing and in-house publications such as style guides and newsletters. My aim is simple: to meet the requirements of the client but always with the reader in mind.

I have a team of likeminded freelancers: web or print designers, typesetters, picture researchers, editors, proofreaders and translators. We all take responsibility but everything is quality controlled by me.
